Join us at Penina Hotel’s Le Grill Restaurant on Friday for an evening of exceptional dining, accompanied by a stunning collection of perfectly paired wines.

Put together in partnership with wine producers, CARM, the dinner features five mouth-watering courses, five specially selected wines and a bi-lingual oenologist to take you through all the expert choices.

Amυse-bouche: Goat cheese & chive foam with raspberries & red currant crostini

Razor clams, jasmine rice and coriander

Seabass, Seaweed and turmeric emulsion

Chargrilled Black Angus beef, Spring baby vegetables and a teriyaki glaze

Grapes: Touriga nacional
Tasting Notes: Fresh with lots of red berries and elegant floral notes

CARM Branco
Grapes: Códega do Larinho, Rabigato e Viosinho.
Tasting Notes: Very fresh and floral wine with light citrus notes

CARM Reserva Branco
Grapes: Códega do Larinho, Rabigato e Viozinho
Tasting Notes: Fresh and complex with notes of citrus and grapefruit; floral nuances and strong mineral notes

CARM Tinto
Castas / Grapes: Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca e Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes: notes of black cherries and ripe grape; tannins and nice persistent end

CARM Reserva Tinto
Castas / Grapes: Tinta Roriz, Touriga Franca e Touriga Nacional
Tasting Notes: Fresh and intense with some wild berries and "Liquorice" notes wood notes. Very intense with a persistent end
